The Polish Chamber Orchestra Radom was founded in January 2007 as an official cultural institution of the rapidly developing city of Radom in Poland.
The city of Radom is famous for its musical heritage and the composer Nicolaus Radomiensis. It is one of the most important historical centers of Polish music from the Middle Ages.

The press regularly celebrates him as a magnificent trumpet virtuoso. The multiple ECHO Klassik award winner won first prize at the National Trumpet Competition in Zalaegerszeg at the age of 14 and began his international solo career after various studies. His final breakthrough came when he won the prestigious ARD International Music Competition in Munich and 1st prize at the 3rd International Maurice André Competition, the Grand Prix de la Ville de Paris.
