Path of remembrance

On the path of the prisoners

The „Path of Remembrance“ has been providing information since 2007 with twelve panels along the route from Dachau train station to the Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial Visitor Center.

The steles are a reminder of the historical significance of the path along which most of the prisoners were taken to Dachau concentration camp during the Nazi era. The three-kilometer walk takes about 45 minutes.
