The artwork "Laufend!Lesen" by Dachau artist Lothar Reichel adorns the escape stairs at the main branch of the Dachau public library on the Moorbad site. The artist has playfully modified the steel sculpture from the familiar escape route pictogram. Exaggerated in scale, it is now a focal point in the visual perception of the square and the library building, but above all an invitation to visit the square and the public library.
