Former moor bath / Scheibner villa

Before the First World War, the sanatorium for rheumatism sufferers was known throughout Europe for its mud baths, brine, oxygen, carbonic acid and air bubble baths. A number of artists and writers also moved into their own rooms here, including the Munich painter Hugo Troendle (1882 - 1955) on May 6, 1915. The spa was closed in 1950.
