Path of remembrance

The path of remembrance in Dachau

The „Path of Remembrance“ was inaugurated in March 2007. It is lined with twelve information boards along the route from Dachau train station to the Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial Visitor Center.

These plaques commemorate the historical significance of the path along which most of the prisoners were taken to Dachau concentration camp during the Nazi era. The three-kilometer walk takes about 45 minutes.
